Have you ever used one of Fancy Pants' Brag Books? They are a great way to document on the go, keep little bits
of this and that, and their sturdy covers and binding can stand up to
lots of wear.
Today, I wanted to share what I did with Fancy Pants' newest Brag Book in Sand. I love the soft, subtle color of the
binding and the white flourishes and journaling lines on the pages.
I created this book using the Be You
collection for my Josie. I saw an
idea on Pinterest that suggested asking your child 20 questions on
their birthday each year, starting at age 3. Well Josie just turned 4, so I thought I would start this tradition now. I asked her the
questions and recorded them in this book.
Some of her answers were too cute! What do you want for dinner on your birthday? ... Something with fish in it ... and cake! Ha!
I used the divided page protectors to keep recent photos I took of her.
I stashed a few odds and ends in one of the pockets as well. All things
that are special to her right now at age 4. A practice sheet for the
letter J, some trading cards she collects, and a photo strip of her and I
on a recent visit to the mall.
I love how thick the Brag Books
are and that I'll have lots of room to record her answers for when she
turns five, six, and so on.
